Training Planning and Registration
The training administrator plans training, and employees can submit training participation requests themselves through their account (phone, tablet, or computer). When filling out a request, the employee sees which colleagues will also be absent during that time. Training can be assigned to specific employee groups or individually, selecting a suitable date from several possible options.


Approval Process and Participation
Both employee requests and training administrator assignments go through a standardized approval sequence — from employee and manager to the HR team. After training, the employee marks that they attended, and the manager finally confirms training completion. All interested parties are informed about pending approval tasks via email, in the system, or by phone.
Monitoring, Analysis, and Security
All training information is accumulated in the database and company calendar, which can be filtered by departments or employees. The system ensures approval history, comments, convenient training search and analysis, while data export to Excel allows preparing necessary reports. Data security is guaranteed by applying advanced encryption and access management according to GDPR requirements.

Employee Training Management Features
- This solution allows the training administrator to plan training for employees and enables employees to submit requests for unscheduled training;
- Database of training assigned to and requested by employees;
- Ability for employees to see all training assigned to them in their account;
- Ability for employees to submit training participation requests via mobile phone, PC, or tablet;
- When filling out a training request, people who will also be absent during the employee’s training days are shown. Two views available – my team, all;
- Training assignment to individual employees or employee groups (for example, new employees);
- Ability to assign employees to a specific training date;
- Ability to assign multiple possible dates to training, from which the employee must choose the suitable one;
- During implementation, two approval sequences are deployed, identical for all training types and employees, without additional person calculation according to additional rules:
- Employee training request approval;
- Training administrator’s training assignment approval;
- Display of scheduled/approved training requests in the company’s shared calendar (full working day). Calendar data can be filtered by departments or individual employees and their subordinates.
- After creating an electronic training assignment/request, it is sent for coordination and approval according to the designated approval sequence: when an employee submits an electronic training request, it is sent for coordination and approval according to the designated approval sequence: employee approves - direct manager approves – HR is informed. During implementation, the project price includes up to 2 additional approvers in the standard approval sequence;
- After the training administrator creates a training assignment, it is sent for coordination and approval according to the designated approval sequence: employee approves the training date - direct manager approves the date – employee marks that they have completed the training – employee’s direct manager confirms that the employee has indeed completed the training. During implementation, the project price includes up to 2 additional approvers in the standard approval sequence.
