How Does It Work?
Employee Testing Management Features
- The testing module can be implemented together with the “Training Management” solution or as a separate solution;
- Employee testing
- When the employee confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the training material, the system will generate a test for them to complete;
- Ability to prepare a test for each training. It will consist of separate questions that the module administrator can combine into one test and assign to specific trainings;
- The same question can be assigned to different tests;
- Possible test question types:
- Select one answer from several;
- Mark the correct answer;
- Select an answer from a list (when there is a larger list);
- With the question, you can attach an image or other file, a link to YouTube, etc.
- The test can have a title, it is possible to write a greeting message to the employee, instructions on how to complete the test, etc.;
- Tests can be of 2 types:
- Time-limited tests: the user will have to complete the test within the specified time, if they don’t finish, the test starts over;
- Tests without time limits, but with the ability to return and complete the test at any time.
- The test will indicate how many questions the employee should receive from the total question pool. If there are more questions than the employee should receive, the system will randomly select questions for the employee’s test. The question sequence will always be random;
- The test will indicate what percentage of correct answers is required for the test to be passed. All questions will be evaluated equally, i.e., they will have equal weight and the answer to it is either correct or not;
- The employee will receive test questions in wizard form, one question per window. Test progress and time will be visible. The window will be organized so that it is convenient to take the test on a mobile phone;
- After completing the test, the employee will immediately see the result. If the test is not passed, the employee can retake it. If after the third time the test is not passed, the system will regenerate the task to familiarize with the training material and only after familiarization will the user be able to start the test again;
- In the test, there will be an ability to specify how much time after 3 unsuccessful tests the employee can try to pass the test again. Time will be specified in minutes.
