How does it work?
Onboarding Form
A dedicated link is sent to the candidate to enter data and documents required for employee onboarding. The future employee receives an email with a link to the form and a request to fill in the information. The employee will receive all comments about document suitability via email.
The standard module includes the following form fields: name, surname, personal code, education, address, phone number, personal email, other workplaces, information about relatives, personal documents (passport, driver’s license, etc.).
Employee Data Approval
Completed employee data is sent to HR specialist for approval. The HR specialist has the option to approve and import data into the VECTICUM system, or reject the data filled in the portal. In case of rejection, the employee receives an email with comments about required data changes.
Employee Card
Based on imported data, an employee card and related documents are created (information about relatives, employee documents). No need to repeat data entry.
