- Ability to create different workplace preparation task template sets that will be applied to different employee groups (e.g., different tasks if hiring Administration department employee, other tasks if hiring Production department employee). Number of template sets is unlimited;
- During implementation, one approval sequence is deployed, same for all task sets, without additional person calculation according to additional rules. Standard approval sequence: HR manager initiates template – Direct manager receives task to personalize plan – Responsible executors receive tasks for assigned tasks – HR receives task to complete workplace preparation;
- Notification of approval sequence (workflow) participants about pending task;
- Task execution and approval history;
- Task commenting function;
- Ability to launch additional workplace preparation task set for each employee. This is useful in cases when employee changes workplace in the company, etc.;
- Automatic task set launch to responsible persons when new employee card is created in the system. Task set approval/rejection process:
- HR person is responsible for starting task set preparation process;
- Future employee’s direct manager is responsible for creating personalized task plan;
- HR person is responsible for workplace preparation process control and completion confirmation;
- xx days before new employee’s work start, automatic task generation to HR employee to check if other responsible persons have already completed their assigned tasks;
- Ability to monitor workplace preparation progress in two views:
- By employees being hired (list of persons being hired visible);
- By tasks (list of all tasks visible);
- Metadata export to Excel.
