Employee Offboarding Management Features

  • Ability to create different departing employee management process task template sets that will be applied to different employee groups (e.g., different tasks if Administration department employee leaves, other tasks if Production department employee). Number of template sets is unlimited;
  • During implementation, one approval sequence is deployed, same for all task sets, without additional person calculation according to additional rules. Automatic task set launch to responsible persons when new employee exit from company plan with tasks is created in the system. Task set approval/rejection process:
    • HR person is responsible for starting task set preparation process;
    • Departing employee’s direct manager is responsible for creating personalized task plan;
    • HR person is responsible for employee exit from company process control and completion confirmation;
